The Los Angeles City Hall Observation Deck is accessible to all visitors and has some of the best panoramic views of Los Angeles County. In addition, the City Hall building offers photographs of former mayors and beautiful Art Deco features, including a tiled dome, marble columns, metal chandeliers, and long arched hallways.
